This is an example of a video podcast. Images are from unitedstreaming. They were put together in Photo Story and uploaded to blip.tv. Notice that there is an RSS feed available in the right nav column. Right-click on the orange icon or on the link, and choose Copy Link Location (Firefox). Paste that URL into iTunes (Choose Advanced from the menu, and then Subscribe to podcast). Now you can play it as well as received new content when you update in iTunes.
